PLEASE READ ALL RULES-INFRACTIONS OF ANY AND ALL RULES COULD RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION!!!!!

ALL CARS AND DRIVERS are subject to N.H.R.A. rules and regulations.

General Rules:

VEHICLES can only be entered in one class per event. (Does not include King of the Hill)

Passengers allowed in the racecars that run 14.00 and slower. Passengers must be 16 or possess a drivers license and helmet. Passengers not allowed in competition. ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION!

Return road speed limit is 15 M.P.H. NO STOPPING ON RETURN ROAD TO PICK UP PASSENGERS!

NO reflective mirror tint on any windows.

NO recreational riding of vehicles (ATV’s, go carts, motorcycles, bicycles, any motorized rv., etc.) in pit area, due to insurance.

NO water burnouts with street tires. VHT allowed only after water burn-out.

Racecar and ONE tow vehicle only allowed in pits

DRIVERS:

Must have proof of valid drivers license.

Must wear an approved helmet, LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS & LONG PANTS

Must act in a safe manner or will have to leave the facility.

RAINOUTS:

NO Rain checks will be given after 1st round of eliminations have been completed on Sunday, or after 2 hours of time trials on Saturday.

NO PIT PASS rain checks AT ANY TIME , including the last race.

Rain checks are for one free admittance to L.C.R.A. during the same race season.

BE SURE TO HAVE RAIN CHECK BEFORE LEAVING FACILITY!

Rainout after 1st round of competition, payout will be based on last round completed.

TECH CARDS :

You will be issued a NEW tech card at each race, you MUST complete and sign it. After tech you must take the tech card to the tower. You will NOT be allowed to run any time trials without a tech card in the tower.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE PIT AREA OR ANY RESTRICTED AREA!!!!

Drivers are responsible for pit crew and family members.

Possession of any alcoholic beverage in the pits or restricted area at any time by driver, pit crew or family members, WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE DRIVER!!!!!

TIME TRIALS:

All time trials will be completed by session. Do NOT go to staging until your bracket is called.

BREAKOUT RULE :

You can dial 2/10 second slower than your quickest E.T. of the day in time trials, or you can dial any amount faster than your quickest E.T. of the day in time trials. EXAMPLE: In time trials your quickest E.T. of the day is 9.00 seconds, you can dial-in at 9.20 or 8.00.

You CAN CHANGE DIAL-INS BETWEEN ROUNDS.

TIME ONLY PASSES:

Permission must be obtained from staging , have a T.O. on windows.

Person driving the car must have a completed tech card in the tower and ambulance, tower and staging must be notified of the time only run and WHO is driving the car.

Cars will be pulled as time permits, so you must be near your car when called for time only's.

TRACK RECORD:

 

Car must be entered in competition at the event.

The record can be made during time trials, eliminations, king of the hill, or loser out brackets. It can NOT be a time only pass.

Round does not have to be won to set record. MUST be backed up within 1%, at same event, with the same driver.

SUPER PRO, PRO AND SPORTSMAN WILL BE LADDERED AFTER FIRST ROUND:

First round will be random pairing. First round byes will be decided randomly by the tower personnel.

2nd round will be laddered and posted.

Remember It is the DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER STAGING PAIRED UP AND CHECK EACH ROUND WHO YOU WILL BE PAIRED WITH. The pairs will be posted at the staging lanes. IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP WITH THE CAR YOU ARE PAIRED WITH YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE.

STAGING:

LANE CHOICE WILL be decided by the quickest E.T. of the 2 drivers racing.

BE SURE E.T. IS WRITTEN PLAINLY AND VISIBLE TO TOWER THIS IS TO BE ON PASSENGER SIDE WINDSHIELD AND DRIVER DOOR WINDOW.

Essential people only in staging lanes , any minors must be seated in cab of tow vehicle. Parent must sign release at the ticket booth in order for children to be in restricted areas.

COURTESY STAGING IS IN EFFECT time limit for pre-staging is 20 seconds after the 1st car has pre-staged.

Roll-thru only allowed in High School Bracket.

YOU MUST STOP AT THE WHITE LINE located at the start of the concrete launch pad and wait for the starter to motion you forward. DO NOT PULL FORWARD UNTIL STARTER MOTIONS YOU TO DO SO!

SCOREBOARDS:

Your Dial-In will be displayed on the scoreboards during eliminations. You MUST check your dial-in, if it is not correct DO NOT STAGE! Point to the scoreboard and your dial-in on the car. There will be NO re-runs for incorrect dial-ins.

 RERUNS:

Any reruns will be in the same lane, same dial-in, and same car and driver. Anyone caught deviating from this will be disqualified.

COOL DOWN TIME:

King of the Hill and the Loser Out Brackets will be allowed 10 minutes cool down, the time is figured from the time of your last round.

QUICK SERIES

Will be laddered by random drawing. Will be an 8 or 16 car field dependent on number of qualifiers. Minimum qualifying time is 6:30 . Cars not qualifying will be entered into the double bracket series and receive $25.00 refund. Drivers will have their choice of Pro or Full tree.

Best Package  

Must be with-in .009 of a perfect run. Perfect run is running on your dial-in and a perfect reaction time.
